To request an exchange:

2.Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
3.Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
4.The replacement will be sent once the original item is received.

We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.
Store credit can be used online and in person and does not expire.

- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within this timeframe once approved

- Briefly explain the reason for the return or exchange
- If the item is defective or incorrect, include clear photos
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
📦 Return Shipping
- Prepaid return labels are not available
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, clothing items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage
- Returned in original condition with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
- The item shows signs of wear or has been washed
- Original tags are missing or removed
- The item was damaged after delivery
- The item is a sale or discounted item

If you receive a defective or damaged clothing item:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery
- Email arise@buyarise.com with your order number and clear photos
- Once approved, exchange instructions will be sent
Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is received.
